Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Shipping Fee: €12.95
  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Available for orders over €50

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Doress purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your package.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Have all original tags still attached
  • Include the original packaging (box, fabric bag, etc.)
  • Be accompanied by the delivery note or purchase invoice

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear (except for unworn bustier sets with intact hygiene protections)
  • Sale or special promotion items
  • Customized or modified items made to order

Return Process

Step 2: Approval & Instructions
Our team will respond within 48 business hours with:

  • Confirmation of your request approval
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Detailed return instructions

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service. Items lost or damaged during transit will not be refunded.

For international returns, please indicate « RETOUR DE MARCHANDISE – SANS VALEUR COMMERCIALE » on your customs form to avoid additional charges.

Step 4: Processing
Upon receiving your return package, our team will inspect the items within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once the inspection is complete.

Refunds

For approved returns:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal)
  • Processing takes 5-7 business days after return approval
  • The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item, excluding initial shipping fees
  • International refunds will be issued in the original currency of the order

Exchanges

If the exchanged item has a different price:

  • A refund will be issued for the difference if the new item is less expensive
  • A payment link will be sent to cover the difference if the new item is more expensive
  • Shipping fees for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the exchange is due to our error
